Similar to endless-sky/endless-sky#5595, remove threads with a bunch of #ifdefs. Now runs in Safari, but jerkily.
- remove issue and pull request templates
this lets /editor use different cache key than /live. This would also be useful for per-commit sha builds.
- preventing touchstart events - remove meta device width - onscreen mobile controls - add escape key - separate space for touch controls at the bottom - enforce minimum keypress duration for touch controls
