Update `README.md` to include project overview, installation instructions, usage examples, contribution guidelines, and available scripts. Update `CONTRIBUTING.md` to provide detailed contribution guidelines, branching strategy, code style, testing, and documentation updates. Update `.eslintrc.js` to extend Prettier configuration and enforce Prettier rules. Update `.pre-commit-config.yaml` to include Prettier and ESLint hooks. Update `jest.config.js` to add coverage collection and test match patterns. Add `.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/bug_report.md` for bug report template. Add `.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/feature_request.md` for feature request template. Update `.github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md` to make it more comprehensive and user-friendly. Update `.github/dependabot.yml` to include npm package ecosystem and schedule weekly updates.
