Because I am not original author, first I have added end to end test, so that I can detect if I break current functionality. I have started this fork, because I need some features that are not implemented. Tried to contact original creator, but no response.
When surname is generated there is ' '/space in the beginning, but not in the end. Assuming space is extra.
1. tests are sorted 2. input filename in output, if there is a problem
