Proposed changes
This introduces dark and oled mode to secret-llama.
It also introduces a basic Dockerfile and a simple GitHub Workflow to publish this docker image, so that everyone can deploy it in a containerized environment.
(I saw that the darkmode is already realized in #14, so I can also use this if this works better).
