按照项目写的OKhttp的缓存（ .addInterceptor(REWRITE_CACHE_CONTROL_INTERCEPTOR)和 .addNetworkInterceptor(REWRITE_CACHE_CONTROL_INTERCEPTOR)），但是没有写CacheUtil这个类，为什么我的读不出来缓存。在断网的时候，为什么项目回走RXjava的onNext方法。谢谢
