Install any useful cli color options by default #74

I feel so lost on the vm when all the text is one color. :)

There's color when we are in vim writing git messages, but git cli output is not colorized.
user, server, and path in the prompt can be colorized.

I'm sure there are others I'm missing. What else needs color options?
