Really puzzled to find out that "Xcode 13 beta 3" is listed twice. Which one is the right one?

% xcversion list 
[redacted]
13 beta
13 beta 2 (installed)
13 beta 3
13 beta3

% xcversion --version
2.6.8

How do you install 13 beta 3? xcversion install '13 beta 3' ?
