While we are a living doc, people still like a public record of changes.

As we are version-less (a living doc) we will be dropping the draft numbers (I assume), so shall we adopt date based numbering changelogs at a set time (each month or if it’s too frequent, each quarter).

This can continue to be easily actioned by me as part of my editorial duties either in the GitHub Releases section or if it’s preferred/required in-spec by W3C we can have an errata doc.

We've set the Draft Note ETA for Earth Day (22 Apr 2026) to give us hopefully enough time to pass W3C approval processes before the end of our charter. Measurability should be the last team to complete as their work encompasses all other groups, therefore a tentative timescale for other Task Forces to complete content work could be end-of-year 2025.

Edit: A schedule for spec work and measurability leading to our deadline has been published. Note that there is flexibility in these dates if we find ourselves running quicker in some areas but slower in others, so the dates can be adjusted.
