Missing 3.5+ watch documentation in Guide

There are new features of watchers released in 3.5, all mentioned in the release notes, but there does not seem to be anything on getCurrentWatcher in the docs. I tend to review the Guide for new features, and they usually get mentioned there, and may link to the API reference. So I just wanted to point out that those new watch features are lacking documentation.
