Why host can not ping vm(ubuntu server 20.04)

After install the vm, vm can ping host (10.0.2.2 default), but host can not ping vm(vm ip is 10.0.2.15).

I want to access vm directly via ip instead of port forwarding, because there are many services on my virtual machine that need to be exposed.
