So just an issue on an iphone 6s I have. Probably a version of IOS where the dropdown doesn't work.

does it work on other newer devices?

if we can't simulate it on newer devices or don't have a potential lead to investigate, I suggest let's close it until more people will complain and then we'll re-open and investigate more
