Most appropriate sub-area of Processing 4?

PDE

Processing version

4.3.1

Operating system

Raspberry Pi OS (12 bookworm)

Steps to reproduce this

  1. Open the PDE
  2. Run a sketch

snippet

No response

Additional context

A gray border–maybe 10 pixels on the right and 30 pixels below–appears around the sketch window. The border doesn't appear when running sketches with the 32-bit version of Raspberry Pi OS.

Could this be somehow related to #862?

@SableRaf seems likely!

With potential fix here: benfry/processing4#394

@nickmcintyre Can you check if the version created here https://github.com/processing/processing4/actions/runs/12857195890 solves your issue?

@Stefterv this version doesn't launch after installation. Nothing happens when I click the Processing menu item, and running processing at the command line displays java: not found.

Thanks for trying, we included the same fix in 4.3.3 beta, could you try that as well, I don't have access to a raspi at the moment

I discovered that the build processing for pull requests contained an error. This is not present in 4.3.3 so that should work

I just checked this myself on Raspberry pi OS 64-bit with 4.3.3 and the issue seems resolved
