This was suggested at a Drupal Usergroup Toronto meetup.

RVM is too invasive and opinionated for some people. rbenv is an alternative:
https://github.com/sstephenson/rbenv

We could add a .rbenv file easily which wouldn't hurt anything, and could provide instructions for both.

This depends on #42, as we need to get important commands out of .rvmrc first.
