Backup started failing due to db usage

Has the way portainer manages/accesses it's files changed recently?

I'm using Duplicati to backup my docker folder structure (config etc) and I keep getting this nightly now :

Seems to have started 4th Dec or thereabouts.

Using Business Edition 2.21.5 presently.

Looks like Duplicati added in a check now
