@joshuamorony would it be possible to allow for partial types when defining the action source?

Currently the TS engine can't determine what the correct typing is if you try to use a Partial as part of the action$: Observable definition.

it would be handy to allow for patching of state.

or do you have other thoughts on how this should work?
