Please describe the changes you would like to see

There's a new release (v1.9.11.0) available.

Important

Users can simply upgrade to v1.9.11.0 via the built-in upgrader in PixPin itself if they have PixPin beta version already installed. But they does not provide a direct link to the latest installer.

The current latest release notes URL is v1.9.10.

We might need some "hack trick" to catch the direct link to the latest installer file.

It uses a URL pattern. But there's no release notes URL associated with it.
