Please describe the changes you would like to see

Spotify's installer launches Spotify when it's done installing, even with the /silent parameter. It turns out, the installer also supports a /skip-app-launch parameter, which does exactly what it sounds like. I am of the belief this flag should be added to the default configuration in WinGet.
