Error Message "use suggested values rather than allowed values"

I've set-up this plug-in, in ADO, and attempted to select multiple values from my picklist. When doing so, I received the following error message, "Set the field Key Result to use suggested values rather than allowed values". Unclear what settings need to be changed to resolve this error.

Hi, to answer that, I need more information. For example, how did you configure the extension?

tried many ways to get it working as before but nope. it has become useless now. With this working I went ahead and started using now in the middle it started to act weird. Lot of concerns raised by stakeholders for using this.

any update on this? For me it was working fine but all of sudden started to show this error.

1. I created a custom picklist field with values added
2. Added multi control list and mapped the custom picklist field to multi control list

When I select 1 value it works fine but when I select multiple value it give this error.

Hi, you could try to edit your field and set "Allow users to enter their own values" checkbox at the Options tab.
Be sure you edit not custom control itself, but the picklist field that defines a list of values.
