We added a field above Description on a user story work item and the data displaying on the estimate page moved the descrtption content into the Acceptance Criteria field and the content of the new field was displayed in the Description field.

We have a similar problem with customized PBIs that have 3 sections in this order:
User Story Details (eg. used for standard US format "as a user... I want to... so that...")
Description (used to more deeply describe business rules, constraints, etc)
Acceptance Criteria
when we start an estimate session what happens is the following:
"User Story Details" field's content becomes "Description" content in the estimate board
"Description" field's content is not present in the estimate board
"Acceptance Criteria" field's content is correctly shown as "Acceptance Criteria" in the estimate board
