Steps to reproduce

Simply turning FancyZones on and off both corrupts and corrects the conflict.

✔️ Expected Behavior

To be able to clip areas of my screens when the capture button on my Snagit is pressed.

❌ Actual Behavior

With FancyZones enabled, whenenver I click the capture button for a screen grab, my (3) screens all shift their entire content about 60% down the screens in unison, and the snipping area that is enabled is now only the lower 40% of my screens which actually only shows the top 40% of my screen content (since it's been lowered that amount)
When I disable FancyZones, the problem does not exist.
