[ feature ] option to show a single icon in the Top bar

Now the Top bar space it's necessary for workflows tabs.

Can we have an option to show only the Manager's icon ( and add the other buttons to the Manager's menu ) ?

We now have some features to improve the limited workflow tab space.  

• Horizontal scroll workflow tabs on overflow Comfy-Org/ComfyUI_frontend#2188
• Support 2nd row location for workflow tabs Comfy-Org/ComfyUI_frontend#2193

But I still think this would be useful. 

If we don't want a 2nd row, having a single Manager icon in the Top row, would still give a larger area to scroll workflow tabs.

It also gives a cleaner look, for people that don't use the other buttons often.
