Describe the Feature

With docker based acceptance and integration tests coming back together, we should create a GitHub Action that functions as a comprehensive "nightly" test suite. This should also be manually triggered. The idea being that PRs should not be held up for 20+ min, but we still desire the ability to run these more extensive tests.
