Improve accessibility

This is a Feature Request
Currently, the website accessibility score is 91, which can be improved after a few fixes and styling changes.

Why is this needed
We need to be highly accessible for a better user experience.

You can work on this issue @aakankshabhende - a good way to start is to open a draft PR (can be just an empty commit) and mention this issue in the description.

Kubernetes is open source and for this repo specifically, anyone can work on any open issue.

Although I've reviewed #49300 to say we can't accept it as-is, we do want to ensure that our documentation is accessible to many people. If there are obvious or easy changes we can do to make it more accessible, let's do that.
