help with TFT 2.8 inch ST7789 display

i hav buildt the esp32 maruder using the st7789 ..
and when i use the firmware in the description the display is one way and the touch is the other way
then i found the firmware for st7789 and used that , now the display is all white ..

plz help ..
i tried to use other firmwares i switched back to .. i get display working but touch is wrong

i use the online firmware burner
