then I went to my new deb12 / pf14 installation (ZEN Node on VMWare) and tried to import the config
but I got an error from MariaDB "ib_logfile0 too small"
but after that I got an error the database schema were still at 13.2
I got this sorted, but the next error was that httpd.webservices could not be started (missing container)
what a nightmare :-(

Changing DB is always complicated.
But I think that you are closed, try that:
mysql -u root -p pf -v < /usr/local/pf/db/upgrade-13.2-14.0.sql
I have a cluster running on debian 11 with full-updated packetfence 13.2
I wanted to upgrade to PF14, so I followed the stps on https://www.packetfence.org/doc/PacketFence_Clustering_Guide.html#_performing_an_upgrade_on_a_cluster
I detatched the first node from the cluster, exported the backup following along https://www.packetfence.org/doc/PacketFence_Installation_Guide.html#_export_on_current_installation

I tried this serveral times without luck...
Today I tried to import the db and the config seperately following https://www.packetfence.org/doc/14.0.0/PacketFence_Upgrade_Guide.html#_export_database_with_mariadb_backup_and_import_to_packetfence_14_0_on_debian_12
