Describe the bug
Require confirmation toggle does not work

To Reproduce
open companion app > settings > companion app > apple watch - configuration > add script item > toggle off "Require confirmation"
it still requires confirmation, even after reloading.

Expected behavior
toggle should dissable confirmation prompt on watch

Screenshots

Additional context
when i first set it up a week or so ago it did work, i dont remember if that was when i was using leagacy actions. So maybe one of the latest 2025 updates broke it?

Have you tried force closing the watch app?
So just to confirm, now you have the script visible but it is always requesting confirmation right?

Force closing the watch app fixed the issue! Thanks @bgoncal.

I played around a bit and it seems like the refresh button only works for adding or removing items,
any setting changes are only reflectet when the watch app is forced closed and opened again.
interestingly if you remove an item and add it again with different settings it is still requires force closing the watch app for the changes to take effect

Thanks for the feedback, from past tries I noticed that sometimes it needs 2 reloads, the communication from the watch to the iPhone fails but we don't display errors, we just use what we have saved.
