With the leftmost version number in the hdi crate not matching the corresponding hdk or conductor crates, it's confusing to try to figure out what goes with what. With holochain/holochain#4403 this problem could compound.

And let's not get started on the client libraries!

AC: A compatibility table exists somehwere on the Dev Portal, that's easy to discover from other resources, that lists compatibility ranges for the above components
