Triage field on new issues shows issue tracker failure

On new issues in the micronaut fuzz tests, it shows the following failure in the Triage field: Failed to file issue due to exception: <HttpError 400 when requesting https://issuetracker.googleapis.com/v1/issues?templateOptions.applyTemplate=true&alt=json returned "Request contains an invalid argument.". Details: "Request contains an invalid argument.">

Is this an issue on the oss-fuzz side or is there further project setup I need to do? Also, I haven't received an email notification for the bug in question yet, is that related or am I just impatient?
