Latest version of the library should be published to maven central as long as it's available on GitHub

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now, developers cannot use the latest version of the libraries when it's published on GitHub. E.g. there used to be an issued logged #8248 or the latest version atm is 1.56.6 is not yet on Maven repository, but v.15.6.0.

It's really great to have the publish to Maven repository right after it's released on GitHub.

Possibly add a CD task to publish the Maven after the package published on GitHub.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A manual publish is good, but time consuming.
