Regression notifications in Slack do not link to Issue (on mobile)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set your user Workflow notifications to send to Slack
2. Trigger an Issue regression
3. Click the link (next to the red circle) in the Issue title

Expected Result

Link should lead to Issue details in Sentry.io

Actual Result

There is no link. The click event opens up the Slack conversation thread.

Opening the Slack notification on desktop works correctly, and looks like this (with a hyperlinked Issue title):
