什么时候能取消现在的DC制度? #725

我想知道filecoin项目组准备什么时候提出一些升级DC数据认证的方案？
1、在什么时间？
2、以什么样的方式？

原因：
现有的公证人制度完全违背了去中心化思想，并且对新加入甚至老矿工带来了不小的麻烦，并且，对存储用户甚至也带来了阻碍

作为filecoin的过度阶段，我们早期加入的矿工接受了这个临时方案，不代表在三年后依然还要使用这个不合理的方案
甚至要被公证人赚取相当一部分利润

哪怕仅仅是使用一个简单的MD5验证，我也已经受够了目前这种糟糕的DC审查方案，作为矿工，我们需要、很需要，自由的存取，或者获取DC 得十倍算力
