in golang, len(string) returns the number of bytes，Is it possible renturn the number of chars in EXPR?

len("北京") == 6
utf8.RuneCountInString("北京")  == 2 // expect

What we can do is to introduce a new runeCount() built in function. And additional parameter expr.lenUsesRuneCountForString().
