[ECH Agentless] Implement workflow for agent-based and agentless Installation on ECH

Motivation

To ensure coverage for agentless installations on Elastic Cloud Hosted (ECH) infrastructure, we need a new workflow. This workflow will install both agent-based and agentless integrations and execute integration tests to validate findings retrieval after installation.

Definition of done
What needs to be completed at the end of this task

• A new workflow is created to install agent-based and agentless integrations on ECH.
• Integration tests are executed as part of the workflow to verify findings retrieval for both types of integrations every 24 hours.
• Workflow will clean up all provisioned resources after tests are done
• Sends Status (Done or Error) to cloud-sec-qa-alerts
