Motivation
Since we want to have cloudbeat in the IAR for Agentless, we need to opt it in first

Definition of done
What needs to be completed at the end of this task

Opt in to IAR
Verify cloudbeat is shipped as part of IAR

Out of scope
Any Agentless related work

Asked around, got redirected through #platform-engineering-productivity to #early-agent-releases. I have opened a JIRA ticket, as requested: https://elasticco.atlassian.net/browse/ENGPRD-1076

Now the difficult questions start. I will redirect to agentless team.
