Issue with reproducing the same results using device.rerouting.threads

when using device.rerouting.threads > 1 I get different results while having all other random seed parameters the same. This is related to an old issue which was resolved in #10292 but seems to be back.
I am using v1_21_0+1773-69e8411028b on MacOs (build from source) with clang version 16.
Here is a small network with example output files:

can confirm. In addition, we see that running it twice inside the same folder yields different outputs, while running it from separate folders yields identical results...
