Repo structure proposal

This is my two ideas for structuring the the repo.

1. Agent based

• agents
  • agent 1
    • documentation (Description, Images,etc.)
    • context (files, instructions,etc.)
    • code (all files to run the agent)
    • tests
    • init.py | demo.py or execute_agent.py | requirements.txt (with a main function to text the agent)
  • agent 2
    • ....
• context (global)
• documentation (about the whole project)
• shared (Code that isnt an agent) (rename it pls)
• README.md | .gitignore | Contribution.md | LICENSE | requirements.txt

2. Area based

• agents
  • agent 1
    • code (all files to run the agent)
    • tests
    • init.py | demo.py | requirements.txt or execute_agent.py (with a main function to text the agent)

This is mostly good but it now conflicts with some other PRs. Please remedy and we can be good
