[Feature Request] Add terminal command to change the wallpaper

In Windows it is possible to change the wallpaper via CMD, it would be nice to have that functionality in Linux as well. I could use it in automations with Alexa for example (I used to do that when I was using Windows). It could be done passing just the workshop id to the command, to keep it simple.
