We have a page for curriculum resources. What should go on this page?

I would like to add handbook pages for the following, linked from the Curriculum Resources page:

@maneesha these are currently GoogleDocs containing content written in Markdown. Please let me know if you would prefer that I open pull requests to add these pages to the repository.

What is the boundary between pages that should be linked here, vs linked from the handbook for a particular curriculum-related role?

E.g. I would like to add a new page describing the lesson life cycle model (to replace the relevant page of the Curriculum Development Handbook). The content of that will be most relevant to Lesson Developers, so could be put into the Lesson Developer Handbook page. But should I drop the content straight into that page? Or create a new page in this handbook site, and link to it from the Resources section of the Lesson Developer Handbook? If the latter, should I also link to it from the Curriculum Resources page, or are we trying to avoid redundant links across the site?

**Notes from discussion of this in today's coworking session: **

  • It is ok to add new pages, and to link to them from the relevant section of the appropriate role handbook.
  • (Pending confirmation from @OscarSiba) Redundant links are ok, but we want to avoid redundant content.
  • Some content from the current Step by step guides and Resources sections of the individual role handbooks may be relocated to their own pages

I have opened #160 to add a bunch of pages and link them from the Curriculum Resources page

There will be at least one more page to come, describing our Curriculum Development Ecosystem (Incubator+Lab+lesson programs) but I will not have that ready before I return from leave on 4 November.

I added a lot to PR #160 addressed a lot of the points here.
@tobyhodges is there anything else you would like to see before launch?

Thanks @maneesha

Only the Ecosystem page I described above, which I have not quite finished drafting.

Thanks @tobyhodges
When do you think the Ecosystem page will be ready?
(edit to add: No pressure! I just want to know if it will be ready for the initial handbook launch, or to plan for it later)

When do you think the Ecosystem page will be ready?

In the week of 18 - 22 Nov. Unless that is too late, in which case I will postpone to a later date.

Marking this as for later as I have not had time to finish drafting the page this week. I do not think it is being linked to anywhere, so there is no danger in leaving it out of the initial release. Thanks for your patience @maneesha
