yes, I want to run minimum and maximum on lists

Describe the solution you'd like

the min and max expressions to support lists

Describe alternatives you've considered

implemented my own UDAF that support it (I did it and now want to upstream this)

Additional context

I would implement this in the coming week. the implementation is to use the arrow-row
