The generated SBOM is not valid

We have generated SBOM for our own repository using this GitHub actions workflow and validated this by uploading it on below URL.

For both validations, it gives errors and warnings.

1. https://tools.spdx.org/app/validate/
   This gives error "Analysis exception processing SPDX file: Missing document namespace"

2. https://tools.spdx.org/app/ntia_checker/
   This gives warning
