[feature request] Multiple acme servers within one instance

Hi Zoey,

Supper appreciate your work on this - it's brill.

I wanted to add a feature request if possible - I'd like to ask for the use of multiple acme servers within the one npm instance if possible. I'd like to use both an internal and external acme server without requiring the use of two instances.

Perhaps this can be added into the roadmap for the future?

yes could be added in the future, but in the far future
