wordpress and curl

hi i've this error in the website status

(http_request_failed) cURL error 35: error:1408F10B:SSL routines:ssl3_get_record:wrong version number

i think is something related to proxy manager but i can't figure out
can you help me?

looks more like a misconfigured wordpress, what happens if you just use curl from cli to your wordpress site?

no.. i didn't touched wp config:
i installed a different hosting panel for test:
it always enable an ssl certtificate selfsigned so i have to configure the host on npm on 443 instead of 80 and it works only if i add :

location / {
proxy_pass $forward_scheme://$server:$port;
proxy_set_header Host $host;
proxy_ssl_name $host;
proxy_ssl_server_name on;
proxy_redirect $forward_scheme://$server:$port /;
}

but the site working, the only thing is that i have a warning regarding curl requests (updates ) and the site is a bit slow

also i added "SetEnvIf X-Forwarded-Proto "^https$" HTTPS" in virtual host config

so i'm sure it's something related to wp and npm proxy that i have to resolve :(

i will do and report

*now i have enabled an ssl cert on the host and i don't have errors anymore, it will expire soon, and don't know if the proxy handle it .. i will let you informed :D

if you look at the compose yaml you will see an env to set a cert id for the default host
