[feature request] support goaccess ENV variables

Hi, it is possible to use the ENV variables from https://github.com/xavier-hernandez/goaccess-for-nginxproxymanager in this project to customize the goaccess?

 environment:
            - TZ=America/New_York         
            - SKIP_ARCHIVED_LOGS=False #optional

            - BASIC_AUTH=False #optional

no, all supported envs are listed in the compose.yaml, which one do you need and why?

These are the ones i used on my previous goaccess deployment:

EXCLUDE_IPS= (my lan subnet)
ENABLE_BROWSERS_LIST=True CUSTOM_BROWSERS=Kuma:Uptime,TestBrowser:Crawler
HTML_REFRESH=5
KEEP_LAST=30

This helps remove uncecessary noise from lan access, and all the uptime Kuma requests.

Also, allows me to keep 30 days historical

you can use the GOACLA env and add them yourself, see all supported options by goaccess here: https://goaccess.io/man#configuration (Note that setting GOACLA will remove the default set options)
