[Feature] Ticket reminder workflow notification

Hello friends,

How do I create a workflow so that an email notification would be sent to the ticket owner 1 hour before the date and time of the ticket is scheduled to?

I tried creating a workflow like this:

• Only once, when all conditions are met
• Status is not closed
• Schedule field is less than 1 hour later (which should mean I assume that as soon as the time in the schedule field is less than 1 hour later than NOW, then the notification should be sent. In other words, as soon as the now time and the schedule field time are only 1 hour apart, send the notification). But this doesn't work.

How do I create this workflow properly?
