Description

Currently the only place we explain the difference between Tile and Card is on the Tile Guidelines page.

IMO, we should have this information at least more visible by either moving it to the Overview page for each (Card and Tile) or adding a CTA below the main description on the Overview to its respective Guidelines page.

We should also add more help/info on why there is a difference (and the accessibility / affordance reasons behind our decision). Maybe even add some pictures or live examples!
