Survey all calls to QuantEcon.jl and see whether it is replaced in part with the sciml move in #198 and to what extent other packages are required (e.g. control, time-series, difference-equations and Markov-chains).

Also survey what packages/features are required purely for the dynamic-programming-squared and time-series lectures to see the benefits of separating them out into more specialized books to minimize dependencies in the mono-manifest.
