Missing Attachment

Hi, love the tool, I'm just trying it out now. I installed via via docker compose but i found out I'm missing any sort of attachment capability inside tickets. I wasn't able to find anything useful in the docs, can you point me on where to find a solution for this issue?

Also it seems the email inbox check is not generating any ticket.
