Chatlog viewer infrastructure for Matrix

I'm very frustrated that we switched to Matrix and that we lost our historical log viewer infrastructure (https://logs.nix.samueldr.com/).

Describe the solution you'd like

whitequark mentioned to me that they have deployed https://github.com/catircservices/catircservices.org for their Matrix rooms and pipe it to their irclogger service (which is powering our historical IRC log viewer).

I would like to redeploy the same infrastructure.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• https://logs.nixos.dev/ : it's unusable.
• fix the above ^
• do nothing
