ASP.net IIS problems

I wanna edit my css on my local sites which is Visual studios solutions build in asp.net is it possible to bind a local website which is managed by the iis, and then change css their live

It works fine if i make a index and css file local and then change it

but i have binded my sites in my IIS to match some dev links and sub links so i have a

Hosts.file that looks like this:

127.0.0.1 aco.dev.dk
127.0.0.1 datalogisk.dev.dk
127.0.0.1 dev.jeudan.dk
127.0.0.1 chs.dev.dk
