[Bug]: Learn more link in the snaps is not working

Describe the bug

When clicking on the "Learn More" link on the Snap page, an error message is displayed indicating that access to the requested resource is denied. The error message is presented in XML format and includes the following details:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to this site - https://snaps.metamask.io/snap/npm/fioprotocol/fio-wallet-snap/
2. Click on the Add to Metamask button.
3. Dialog appears and click on the Learn More button.
4. Observe the page that is loaded.
